Kelly's Greenscapes LLC is seeking responsible landscape/construction professionals to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are hard-working, detail oriented and take pride in their work. We are looking for a large variety of skills including but not limited to landscape construction and installation, carpentry, masonry, water feature installation, low voltage lighting installation and landscape design. One year minimum of experience working in the landscape industry or related field is required. Serious applicants only, please. Responsibilities Install all aspects of landscape, including plantings and hardscapes, according to plan Ability to perform a variety of physical labor tasks as needed Follow and enforce all applicable safety rules Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all equipment on job site Safe and proper use of power tools and heavy machinery Adhere to company policies and procedures Respectfully and professionally communicate with clients and crew Qualifications Valid Wisconsin drivers license Clean Record Previous landscaping or construction experience required Compensation / Benefits $24-28/hour based on experience. Up to $3,000 sign on bonus potential for the right candidate - details to be discussed at interview Overtime hours (over 40/week) paid at time and a half Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off benefits available for full time employees after a probationary period
