Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team, specializing in remodeling, exterior trades, and snow removal. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, delivering high-quality craftsmanship across residential and commercial sites. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in building construction, remodeling, and exterior trades, with a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to safety. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance curb appeal, and ensure safe winter operations through snow removal. Duties Assist with residential remodeling projects, repairs, and installations Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Help with framing, demo, trim, siding, windows, doors, roofing, and general construction tasks Assist with concrete prep, forming, pouring, finishing support, and cleanup Perform landscaping, grading, drainage, hardscape, and exterior property work Help with roofing, gutters, flashing, and exterior repairs Complete general handyman tasks and punch-list items General snow removal experience, driving plow trucks, operating skid loaders Load, unload, organize, and transport tools and materials Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Follow instructions from foremen, project managers, and company leadership Communicate clearly about job progress, materials needed, and any issues on site Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on remodeling or exterior trades in construction projects - minimum 1 year Hands-on experience with building material installation such as flooring (tile laying), concrete finishing, masonry work, roofing, glass installation, and caulking Experienced in most power tools usage Skilled in operating heavy equipment including skid steers or loaders for site preparation or snow removal tasks Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments Experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, or restoration projects is a plus but not required Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in construction and outdoor maintenance.
