Thornsley Tree & Landscape LLC is hiring a dependable Landscape & Construction Laborer to join our crew. We perform a wide variety of outdoor construction and landscape work, so this is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, working outdoors, and learning different trades.

Our projects include:

Landscape installation Retaining walls and hardscaping Drainage and grading Excavation Tree work Fencing Concrete work Deck and outdoor construction projects Property maintenance and cleanup This is not strictly a mowing position . The employee hired will work alongside our crew on a variety of landscape and construction projects. Responsibilities Assist with daily landscape and construction projects Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Perform digging, grading, cleanup, demolition, and installation work Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with stone, mulch, soil, lumber, concrete, and other materials Maintain clean and organized job sites Help load trucks and trailers Follow instructions from the foreman Maintain a productive work pace throughout the day Perform general labor duties as needed Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up on time Has a strong work ethic Is comfortable performing physical outdoor work Can follow instructions and work as part of a crew Is willing to learn new skills Has reliable transportation Can safely lift and carry construction and landscape materials Is comfortable working in varying weather conditions Previous experience in landscaping, construction, excavation, concrete, hardscaping, tree work, farming, fencing, or similar trades is preferred but not required. Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, trailers, chainsaws, or other construction equipment is a plus. A valid driver's license is strongly preferred. Compensation $15.50-$17.00 per hour , depending on experience, skills, dependability, and abilities. Employees who demonstrate strong performance and reliability may have opportunities for increased hours, responsibility, and advancement.
