We are looking for someone to Supervise the new construction of residential homes and do hands-on miscellaneous tasks and punch to detail the homes ensuring they are ready for move-in. Also, ensure warranty items are complete in a professional and timely manner. Job Responsibilities Responsible for supervising, ensuring quality construction and maintaining appearance of all job sites Responsible for keeping the communities clean and attractive for potential buyers Experience with handyman work related to general home repairs is a plus. A positive, helpful, and professional attitude towards coworkers and homeowners. Support with other projects and tasks as needed. Work locations will generally be confined within the Wiregrass area. Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. Ability to work outside in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Safely use construction related tools. Driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work well with others is required.
