We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Coordinate daily activities on job sites, including scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee quality control measures to ensure roofing work meets company standards and client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address any issues promptly. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot problems as they arise, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized for each phase of the project. Uphold the company's reputation for delivering top-quality roofing services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in commercial roofing construction management or supervision. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, safety standards, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively on busy job sites. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution. Ability to read blueprints, technical specifications, and work plans accurately. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Valid driver's license. Commitment to safety standards and a proactive approach to risk management. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
