We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Field Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee field operations for our industry-leading perimeter security projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct installation crews on active construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to TAG's quality standards
• Lead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems, vehicle barriers, gates, and related safety devices
• Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on-site
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Read and interpret project drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and execute work
• Manage crew schedules, material logistics, and on-site inventory to maintain project timelines
• Perform quality control inspections and maintain detailed daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, escalating to engineering when necessary
• Keep the project PM informed via daily jobsite reports and issue tracking
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the GC Site Super
• Travel to job sites nationwide for installations (all travel expenses and per diem are provided)
• Travel up to 60%

Europe, Asia, and South America Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in low-voltage electrical systems, industrial controls, or a related trade
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising crews or teams on construction job sites
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily field operations, including crew coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Ability to read and interpret electrical control prints, schematics, and construction drawings
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and installation
• Proficiency in detecting electrical malfunctions using precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) practices and procedures
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with any of the following are strongly preferred:

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification
• Commercial construction experience
• Commercial HVAC systems experience
• Access control systems experience
• Commercial slide gate operators experience
• Experience working on active construction sites with multiple trades
• First Aid / CPR certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Prior experience in the perimeter security or physical security industry
