This is a hands-on management position. The Manager must be comfortable leading employees, holding staff accountable, addressing performance concerns, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the program operates safely and efficiently each day. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their location and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the DTA program and assigned location. Supervise, coach, schedule, and provide daily direction to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Ensure appropriate staffing levels and member supervision throughout the program day. Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and adherence to company policies. Address employee performance concerns and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary. Conduct staff meetings and communicate expectations, operational changes, and program needs. Ensure members receive services consistent with their Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs), goals, and individual needs. Monitor staff documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Ensure Incident Reports are completed accurately and promptly when required. Maintain compliance with Arizona DES/DDD requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations. Monitor required employee training and credentials and communicate upcoming needs to leadership. Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming center. Ensure meaningful activities, community outings, and skill-building opportunities are available to members. Respond appropriately to behavioral situations, emergencies, injuries, and other incidents. Communicate professionally with members, families, guardians, Support Coordinators, and other members of the individual's support team. Assist with prospective member tours, intake, enrollment, and transition into the program. Coordinate with transportation staff regarding member arrivals, departures, scheduling, and transportation concerns. Maintain member confidentiality and protect member rights. Identify operational or compliance concerns and communicate them promptly to senior leadership. Help create a positive workplace culture centered on professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and quality services. Perform additional management and program duties as assigned.

From $25.00 per hour
