California Contractor License #938245 510-472-6767 ltgconstructioninc.com I would also add 3 screening questions to the Indeed application so you don't waste time interviewing people who aren't qualified: How many years have you independently managed residential construction projects? What is the largest residential project you have managed, and approximately what was the project value? Describe a difficult jobsite problem you encountered and how you resolved it.
