TWM Roofing is a Southern California roofing contractor with over 40 years in business, serving San Diego, Orange County, South LA, Temecula, and the surrounding communities. In 2025, we were ranked GACO's #1 silicone roof coating applicator in California and #2 nationwide, with over 1,000,000 square feet installed. We're scaling up, and this role is central to that — you'll be the person making sure growth doesn't come at the cost of chaos on site. This is a fast-paced, hands-on coordination role, not a desk job. You're the liaison between field crews and homeowners — scheduling projects, making sure materials show up on site, and making sure every crew knows exactly what part of the roof they're working on. Residential customers need more hand-holding than commercial ones, so your communication skills matter just as much as your logistics. What You'll Do Coordinate, execute, and track roughly 30-40 active residential projects at once Serve as the day-to-day liaison between field crews and homeowners Schedule jobs and make sure materials are on site before crews arrive Communicate clearly with crews about scope so no one works the wrong section of a roof Handle homeowner concerns and escalations with patience, not defensiveness Help bring the company's systems and tools up to date as we modernize operations This Role Is Built For Someone Who Has 5-8 years of experience in home services — roofing preferred, but landscaping, plumbing, or similar residential trades are welcome Has genuinely strong customer service instincts, especially with residential/emotional accounts (a commercial background is fine if paired with real customer-facing strength) Is comfortable with basic technology and excited to help modernize how the business runs — a lot of our current process still runs on Post-it notes, and that's changing Wants room to grow into a bigger role, not someone already set in their ways Can work from the Bonsall office five days a week

Requirements Must-have:

Experience serving as a day-to-day liaison between field crews and customers — scheduling, materials logistics, and job coordination Able to coordinate, execute, and track roughly 30-40 active projects simultaneously without things slipping Strong customer-facing communication — patient and reassuring with homeowners, not just direct with crews Comfortable with basic technology and open to learning new systems as the business modernizes Able to be in the Bonsall office five days a week Nice-to-have (not required): Residential roofing background specifically Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay:

$115,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
