$200,000 + Benefits Renewyx have partnered with one of the most respected general contractors on the San Francisco Peninsula to find a Lead Superintendent for large-scale multifamily construction. This is a contractor who builds serious projects
high-density, complex, and demanding. They want someone who has been there before, stayed long enough to own it, and is ready to do it again at the highest level. ???????????? ????????????????: Lead full-cycle field operations on large multifamily projects across the Peninsula. Own the site
subcontractors, schedule, safety, quality, and owner relationships. You are the senior field presence from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:
10+ years of field supervision experience, with significant time as Lead or Senior Superintendent
Proven delivery of large-scale multifamily projects
Type I, III, or V, $20M and above
Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and close-out processes
A track record that shows tenure
contractors and projects you have seen through from start to finish
Strong command of site safety, OSHA compliance, and subcontractor management
Procore or equivalent field management platforms
Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????:
