Commercial Construction Project Manager Encore Construction and Management is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team in Folsom, California. This role is responsible for managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects include commercial offices, industrial facilities, warehouses, tenant improvements, renovations, and civil utility work throughout Northern California. We provide construction and facility services to clients across Northern California and are committed to delivering quality work, exceptional customer service, and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. Track project costs, schedules, and progress. Communicate with clients and provide project updates. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications Required 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and building trades. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. Preferred Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software. Experience with commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred, not required). Full-Time | Monday - Friday Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated qualifications. Additional performance-based bonus opportunities are available.
