About Us SLObispo Remodelers, LLC (CSLB #1114943) is a design-build general contractor based in Grover Beach, serving homeowners across San Luis Obispo County. We handle everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs. The Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own a portfolio of 5 to 8 active residential projects from kickoff through final walkthrough. You'll be the main point of contact for clients and the person keeping our crews, subcontractors, and suppliers on track. You'll report to our Operations Manager and work closely with our pre-construction, design, and finance teams. What You'll Do Manage 5 to 8 active construction projects at a time, balancing schedule, budget, and quality Serve as the client's primary contact, with regular updates and proactive communication Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries Maintain project schedules and keep job documentation current Conduct regular site visits to check progress, quality, and safety Process change orders and track project costs against budget Coordinate inspections with the county and local jurisdictions Manage punch lists and lead final walkthroughs and project closeout Work with our finance team to keep progress billing accurate and on time What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in residential or commercial construction Solid understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and building codes Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping details Clear, professional communication with homeowners, crews, and subs Comfortable with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace Valid California driver's license and clean driving record Familiarity with San Luis Obispo County permitting and inspections is a plus What We Offer $35 to $45 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonuses Consistent, year-round work Laptop or tablet provided Company vehicle available if needed A respectful, professional team that values your experience and input How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed along with a short note about the types and sizes of projects you've managed.
