Manage several projects at once, from demo through final walk through. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, crews and material deliveries. Keep jobs on schedule and on budget. Make sure work meets code, passes inspections and meets our quality standards. Talk with Homeowners clearly and professionally about progress and changes.

What We are looking for:

5+ years of residential construction supervision experience. Strong knowledge of framing, finish work and the full build process. Proven ability to multi-task and stay organized across multiple job sites. Good reading of plans and specs. Reliable, hands on leader who takes ownership.
