Position Summary Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end custom residential construction projects in Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing luxury custom homes from pre-construction through final completion, with strong knowledge of hillside construction, structural foundations, permitting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reporting. Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates. Manage procurement of materials and specialty finishes. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with California building codes, safety regulations, and local permitting requirements. Oversee quality control throughout all phases of construction. Preferred Qualifications 20+ years managing custom residential construction projects. Experience with luxury coastal and hillside homes valued at $5M-$50M+. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has successfully delivered complex custom homes involving caissons, structural steel, hillside foundations, retaining walls, specialty finishes, and sophisticated MEP systems while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction and strict budget control. They are proactive, highly organized, technically strong, and capable of managing demanding luxury residential projects from concept through completion.

Pay:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
