As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of high-end construction, manage multidisciplinary teams, and maintain seamless communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success and uphold our reputation for excellence in luxury development. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of luxury construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. Develop detailed project schedules using Jobtread or similar construction management software to track progress and mitigate delays. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project flow and high-quality standards. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts thoroughly to confirm compliance with design specifications and client expectations. Utilize tools such as JobTread and Bluebeam for project documentation, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and progress tracking. Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work is performed efficiently. Manage project budgets through accurate construction estimating and analysis to optimize resources. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to design schematics. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders through detailed reports and meetings. Ensure timely procurement of materials using construction management software while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Review civil 3D models for site development accuracy and coordinate with civil engineers on site planning. Enforce contract compliance, manage change orders proactively, and resolve issues swiftly to keep projects on track. Experience Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in luxury or high-end construction environments with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as Jobtread, BuilderTrend, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D. Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, cost estimation, contract administration, and blueprint reading. Strong background in construction site management with hands-on experience overseeing large-scale developments. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively under tight deadlines. Familiarity with heavy civil works and schematics relevant to luxury developments is preferred.
