In person Genesis Behavior Center is seeking a passionate and reliable Center Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism in the Los Banos area.

This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, building strong relationships with families, and making a meaningful difference in children's lives. Position Overview Full-Time position with opportunity to grow into full-time Works at a single clinic location in Los Banos, CA Immediate opening - ideal for someone ready to start soon Key Responsibilities Schedule Behavior Technicians (BTs) with clients based on operational and client needs. Help ensure Behavior Technicians receive required meal and rest breaks in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements. Oversee daily clinic operations and support the delivery of high-quality ABA services. Lead, train, support, and provide day-to-day guidance to Behavior Technicians. Participate in staff interviews, onboarding, and orientation of new employees. Maintain professional and effective communication with parents and families regarding scheduling and clinic-related matters. Assist with staff coverage when needed, including emergency or unexpected staffing situations. Help maintain a safe, positive, professional, and developmentally appropriate environment for clients and staff. Model professional and appropriate adult-child interactions. Monitor staff compliance with company policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and operational standards. Communicate staffing, scheduling, client, or operational concerns to appropriate leadership in a timely manner Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience leading or supervising a team of child care / ABA professionals Strong background working with preschool and school-age children Passion for teaching and supporting children with Autism Must have reliable transportation, valid California Driver's License, and auto insurance Ability to pass criminal background check, TB test, and provide required immunizations Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit on the floor, and move actively with children Positive attitude, high energy, and strong customer service skills Available to work: Monday through Friday work hours from 8 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 7 PM What We Offer Hourly pay with potential for growth Fun, rewarding work environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunity to move from part-time to full-time How to Apply Please apply through Indeed only.
