What You'll Do As our Roofing Superintendent, you'll be responsible for: Leading multiple roofing projects from start to finish Coaching and supporting Project Managers, foremen, and field crews Ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality expectations Conducting jobsite inspections and maintaining quality control Coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors Building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and inspectors Solving field challenges while maintaining exceptional customer service Promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings experience, leadership, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications include:

5+ years of roofing or construction supervisory experience Strong knowledge of residential and commercial roofing systems Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Ability to read blueprints, plans, specifications, and contracts Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid California Driver's License Why Join Scudder Roofing?
