J.R. Barto, Inc. specializes in both Public and Private Works, Commercial and Residential projects in the HVAC industry throughout the Central Coast. Duties will focus on supporting Field Supervisors and office Project Management team. Qualifications Understanding of Bluebeam, Procore, Revit, CAD, plan and spec reading, safety regulations, knowledge in basic construction documents essential, knowledge in all MS Office products are also essential. Clear written and verbal communication necessary. Duties Basic duties will include but are not limited to: Assist Project Management in all aspects of contract documentation including RFI's, daily logs, progress reports, change orders, purchase orders, monitor project progress, maintain safety regulations and documents, deliveries and receivables. Education Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field experience preferred but not necessary. J.R. Barto, Inc. will consider all work experience if under-qualified. Applicants with extensive qualifications should also apply as duties can adjust accordingly. Pay Pay will DOE and skill level. This position is in-person, full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Applicants must have reliable transportation, office is located in Old Orcutt.

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
