Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day onsite project work and serve as liaison between demolition crews and the assigned Project Manager Direct assigned personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures Manage subcontractor execution to budget, schedule, and scope per ProjectSolutions processes and the project management compliance matrix Provide project-specific input to project plans, and help develop and update the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and schedule from pre-mobilization through execution Implement and ensure verbatim compliance with corporate and project plans and procedures; recommend modifications where needed Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority according to the project organizational chart Prepare and review reports and forecasts, including construction progress summaries and manpower forecasts Keep project management informed of status and deviations; anticipate problem areas and recommend corrective actions Understand budgets and procurement; identify and manage resources Review plans and work packages and translate details into field instruction Manager is seeking: Field supervisor running day-to-day civil/demolition work and directing subcontractors on a nuclear decommissioning site Must have at least 8 years supervising subcontractors on civil, demolition, decommissioning, or site grading projects Heavy civil, site grading, and heavy equipment backgrounds are a strong fit Radiological work experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED Minimum 8 years of experience supervising subcontractors on civil, demolition, decommissioning, and/or site grading projects Effective organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Intermediate computer and software skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Heavy equipment certification, knowledge, and/or experience Heavy civil construction, site grading, and/or demolition experience Radiological work experience

Physical Requirements:

Lift/carry up to 50 lbs; climb, walk, kneel, bend, and crouch as part of daily field work; wear chemical-resistant coveralls and respiratory protection; pass audiogram; work outdoors in extreme temperatures and on uneven/slippery surfaces; drive a vehicle and travel overnight.
