Salary:

Base Salary:

$190K-$205K DOE Bonuses $600/month car allowance, gas card, and company phone/computer 401k profit sharing plan 100% company paid medical/dental insurance premium for employees Long-term disability insurance and health savings account Paid vacation, personal, sick time, and holidays Referral program and professional development assistance Job Details Manage PMs/projects, ensure project timelines/milestones, manage/control jobsite/costs/budgets, lead teams, value engineering, change orders, and client/sub relations Plans/specs, scope, blueprints, contracts, reports/docs, meetings, scheduling, coordination, quality control, safety, and closeout Work hours can be either 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, or 8am-5pm which includes a 1-hour lunch
