Responsibilities:

Manage multiple roofing projects and field crews daily Ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and have proper paperwork onsite at all times Update and coordinate with Operations Manager daily Upload progress photos online daily Create change orders in the field and obtain signatures Purchasing materials as needed

Qualifications:

Must have 3+ years of in depth knowledge of, but not limited to, composition shingle, tile, and TPO roofing installations and repairs Must have 3+ years of crew management experience Must be fluent in Spanish Pragmatic with can-do attitude A natural leader motivating production and construction teams Excellent client-facing and communication skills Must have clean driving record and pass a drug test Must experience towing and hauling large trailers

Salary and Benefits:
