HOMEstretch is a home preparation services company that is dedicated to helping homeowners and realtors prepare their houses for sale by providing services such as junk removal, painting, flooring installation, landscaping, and cleaning. As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our growing team in our south Denver, Castle Rock, and Colorado Springs territories.

Job Overview:

As a Regional Operations Manager at HOMEstretch, you will play a pivotal role in our growing organization. This is a new role that is part of a young and fast-growing company, where you will exceed above and beyond to ensure our regional teams are executing on the projects, that tasks and approved contracts are completed to the highest standards, and that our customers are satisfied to expectations.

Responsibilities:

Direct management of HOMEstretch field employee(s), contracting personnel and work teams Oversee project schedules, ensuring our team arrives on time and that necessary supplies (dumpsters, paint, tools) are delivered promptly to field teams within the region Working with Ownership and Business Development (BD) personnel to communicate directly with HOMEstretch clients, maintaining clear and open daily communication channels regarding project start-times, progress updates, any potential project gaps and completion times. Ensure all projects are executed in a timely manner while maintaining a focus on quality, striving for complete customer satisfaction through daily communications with senior management, BD team(s), and direct or indirect clients. Resolve any field project adjustments, engage with field team(s) to immediately address client issues promptly, ensure teams have necessary equipment and supplies, while strictly adhering to project budgets, but adjusting accordingly through clear communications Recruit and hire residential service contracting and vendor staff, including cleaners, general contractors, third party general laborers, and painters. Maintain existing, and develop new relationships with relevant subcontractors and third party laborers. Execute on HOMEstretch policies and best practices related to client scheduling, communication, customer service, marketing, and recruitment. Assist with performance reviews with field FTE's Assist, as needed, with HOMEstretch field work such as quality control checks, handyman tasks, clear-outs, etc Requirements Minimum of five years of operational management experience, with proven management of direct reports, contractors and/or third party laborers Outstanding communications skills and direct relationship building with direct and indirect clients Three year minimum and deep familiarity with the real estate, construction, and/or home services industries. Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of utilizing procedures to navigate complex problems. Background and knowledge of the service industry, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Self-starter and problem solver, capable of translating high-level directions into efficient problem-solving and task completion Able to bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50 Lbs of equipment or supplies without difficulty
