About New Box New Box is Colorado's premier supplier of European interior doors, cabinetry, closets, wood flooring, and architectural millwork. We partner with leading European manufacturers while providing design, project management, logistics, and installation services throughout Colorado. Position Overview The Field Manager / Site Supervisor serves as the bridge between our design team, warehouse, installers, manufacturers, architects, and general contractors. This position is approximately 70% field management and 30% office coordination with regular travel throughout Colorado. Primary Responsibilities Manage projects from design completion through installation. Conduct jobsite visits to verify dimensions, framing, blocking, and project readiness. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, installers, and homeowners. Review architectural plans and shop drawings. Coordinate deliveries, installations, and punch lists. Manage warehouse storage and organization Provide weekly project updates. Resolve field issues before they impact schedule. Ensure New Box quality standards are maintained. Qualifications Experience with millwork, cabinetry, interior doors, flooring, or finish carpentry preferred. Willingness to travel throughout Colorado mountain communities including Summit and Eagle counties, Steamboat and Aspen. Ability to read plans and shop drawings. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (preferred). Requirements
