Job Description Elite Industries is hiring an experienced, bilingual Commercial Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial and municipal construction projects throughout the Denver metro area and Front Range. We're looking for someone who knows the work, can lead crews independently, and isn't afraid to get involved in the field when needed. You'll work alongside dedicated project managers to keep projects on schedule, maintain quality, and ensure crews have what they need to succeed. Experienced foremen looking to take the next step in their careers are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Supervise field crews and subcontractors across multiple construction projects. Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project layouts. Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials with project managers. Oversee irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and system modifications. Manage landscape construction activities including planting, sod, hydromulching, grading, concrete preparation, boulder walls, and playground preparation. Maintain production schedules, workmanship, and jobsite safety. Identify and resolve field issues while communicating with project managers. Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Strong experience in commercial landscape construction and irrigation systems. Previous experience leading construction crews and coordinating subcontractors. Ability to read construction plans and manage multiple jobsite responsibilities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with two-wire irrigation systems, HDPE piping, and grading preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites. Compensation & Benefits $90,000-$100,000 annually, depending on experience. Company truck, fuel, and phone provided. Health insurance. Paid vacation and holidays. 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.
