Location :
Eyestone Elementary School; 4000 Wilson Ave, Wellington, CO 80549 AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day. For those with experience supporting students, the Site Director role offers the opportunity to lead a meaningful before and after-school program that helps kids learn, grow, and thrive. We're looking for an early learning professional who: Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment Feels confident taking the lead and running a smooth program Takes pride in delivering a high-quality student and family experience Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed In this role, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of the site: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation Oversee/facilitate curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards Make child safety the top priority at all times Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success
Schedule:
Monday-Friday. T he Site Director is expected to report to their site from 6:15 am until school begins, and from 15 minutes before school is released until 6:15 pm. The Site Director may also have time in between sessions for additional work. Here's what you'll need: Must meet one of the following qualifications per CO licensing regulations: completed a bachelor's degree (in a related field, such as recreation, outdoor education, elementary or early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field) 2 years of college education and 3 months (455 hours) of
  • satisfactory and verifiable experience 3 years of
  • satisfactory and verifiable experience, along with 6+ semester hours or college education, OR 40 clock hours of training in coursework applicable to school-age children.
  • S atisfactory and verifiable experience must have occurred after you were 18 years or older and must be for the care/supervision of children 4 years or older Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be Level 2 or above In Colorado's Colorado Shines Professional Development Information System.
(PDIS) Level 3 PDIS preferred.
