Job Description As a Project Manager - Construction - Branford, you will be responsible for: Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets Coordinating owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors Overseeing interior renovation and civil/sitework construction activities Managing contracts, procurement, and subcontractor buyouts Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders Monitoring project costs and preparing financial forecasts Leading project meetings and maintaining client communication Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Managing project documentation and reporting requirements Identifying risks and implementing proactive solutions Supporting project turnover and closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction Experience managing both interior construction and civil/site development projects Strong understanding of excavation, utilities, grading, drainage, and sitework operations Experience with commercial interiors, renovations, or tenant improvements Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control experience Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural drawings Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously What's on Offer Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $190,000+ Annual performance bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Stable pipeline of interior and civil construction projects Professional development and training opportunities Clear path for career advancement Collaborative and team-oriented culture Long-term opportunity with a respected Connecticut contractor Apply today to join a growing construction firm and lead a diverse portfolio of interior and civil construction projects throughout Connecticut.
