The successful candidate will be assigned to the Old Saybrook Train Station renovation project, which is currently underway in Old Saybrook, CT. There is also opportunity for growth and advancement within the company once the Project is completed. Our headquarters are based in North Haven, CT, and we have an active pipeline of transportation-oriented work throughout the region. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage and supervise on-site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations. Coordinate with project managers to align project goals and objectives. Review schematics and plans to ensure accurate execution of designs. Utilize construction management software for tracking progress and reporting. Prepare budgets and manage financial aspects of projects effectively. Requirements Must be willing to work the night shift.
