Floor Manager Adult DDS Day Program & Children's DCF Program Position:

Full-Time, Salaried Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:30 Friday, 8:30 AM-3:00 PM (Flexible)

Starting Salary:

$55,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and education Six-Month Performance & Salary Review Position Overview Kelly's Kids, Inc. is seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Adult DDS Day Program and Children's DCF Program. This position combines staff supervision, program management, administrative responsibilities, and hands-on direct care when necessary. Key Responsibilities Supervise staff and oversee daily operations of both DDS and DCF programs. Create weekly staff and individual schedules, manage callouts, and coordinate coverage. Provide direct care and transportation to individuals when staff coverage cannot be secured. Conduct and document monthly staff supervision meetings. Oversee individual safety, programming, and implementation of support plans. Complete DDS six-month and annual reports and participate in case management meetings. Maintain required DDS documentation in Therap, monitor daily progress notes, review billing, and submit billing information to the fiscal department. Complete DCF monthly reports, respond to emails and phone calls, and communicate with DCF caseworkers. Monitor DCF funding authorizations, maintain appropriate funding sources, and meet renewal and reporting deadlines. Review employee timesheets and maintain accurate attendance and program records. Ensure compliance with all DDS, DCF, and Kelly's Kids policies and procedures. Some on-call responsibiities Qualifications & Requirements One year of direct support experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus. Experience using Therap software is a plus. First Aid/CPR and PMT certification required (training provided upon request). Must complete all required DDS, DCF, and organizational training. Must successfully pass required background checks. Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable vehicle required. Must be willing to transport individuals when providing direct coverage. Personal vehicle reimbursement available. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Strong leadership, communication, computer, time management, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:

$55,000-$60,000 annually, depending on education, qualifications, and experience.
