Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reconstruction jobs following mitigation, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, and strong communication with clients, adjusters, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage reconstruction projects from estimate approval to final completion Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, materials, and inspections Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal departments Review project scope and ensure work is completed according to estimate and standards Document before/during/after photos, and progress notes in our CRM Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures Conduct site visits and quality control inspections Resolve any issues or changes during the reconstruction process

Qualifications:

Previous experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management Strong knowledge of insurance restoration processes (preferred) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in scheduling and project coordination Valid driver's license required

Required:

2+ years as a Reconstruction PM in insurance-funded restoration (water/fire/storm) Proficient in BOTH Xactimate AND Symbility — writing scopes, reading line items, building supplements, defending against adjuster pushback Working knowledge of IICRC standards (S500 water, S520 mold) Valid driver's license, clean record Live within 45 minutes of Windsor, CT (response time matters) Strong written + verbal communication Preferred (not required): Bilingual English/Spanish — many subs and clients IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) — if you're not certified, we pay for certifications within 90 days of start Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience, certifications, and Xactimate/Symbility proficiency) Performance bonus on top of base — structure and specifics discussed at offer. First 90 days (probation): use your own vehicle, mileage reimbursed at IRS rate After 90-day probation: company truck provided, gas + insurance covered Phone + laptop provided Paid IICRC training and certifications

Schedule:

Monday-Friday standard hours, with occasional after-hours availability for active job emergencies. Weekly Production Meetings held in office.
