Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Construction Pavement Striping General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of pavement striping projects within the construction industry. This pivotal role involves managing teams, coordinating project schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and technical plans. As a key driver of project success, you will motivate teams, optimize workflows, and uphold safety standards to ensure timely completion of complex pavement striping initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple pavement striping projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to develop detailed construction plans and schedules. Oversee the preparation and review of construction estimates, budgets, and cost management strategies utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools. Supervise field crews on construction sites, providing guidance on blueprint reading, schematics, construction plans, and regulatory compliance requirements. Ensure all projects comply with local construction regulations and safety standards while managing project documentation such as contracts, schematics, and construction plans. Manage project schedules by integrating construction schedule coordination efforts with project leadership teams to maintain momentum and mitigate delays. Oversee processes for materials and equipment necessary for pavement striping operations while managing project costs effectively. Experience Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a focus on pavement striping or similar civil works. Extensive background in construction site management including scheduling, cost control, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of construction regulations applicable to infrastructure projects along with experience managing project budgets and timelines effectively.
