THE EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

Successful candidates may bring experience in project management, field operations, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, procurement, contract administration, formwork, shoring, reinforcing steel/rebar, post-tensioning, concrete pours, and structural sequencing. For senior leadership positions, we seek professionals with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and teams, manage client relationships, control schedules and budgets, anticipate and manage risk, make sound decisions, and take ownership from planning through project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS WILL VARY BY POSITION 6

- 10+ years of progressive construction experience, with demonstrated responsibility for complex projects and teams for senior-level positions. Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant construction experience. Strong work ethic, leadership, communication, accountability, initiative, and decision-making skills. Experience in shell, structural concrete, high-rise, commercial, or self-perform concrete construction strongly preferred. Procore, Fieldwire, Autodesk, Microsoft Office and Bluebeam, or comparable construction-platform experience preferred where applicable.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
