Job Description

Ground-up multifamily developments Growth opportunity with established builder About Our Client Our client is a respected general contractor with a track record of delivering successful residential and mixed-use developments. They offer a team-oriented environment, long-term stability, and opportunities for career advancement. Job Description
  • Assist with daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor project progress
  • Support schedule execution and trade sequencing activities
  • Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards on-site

  • Experience on ground-up multifamily construction projects required
  • Experience supporting projects with 100+ residential units
  • Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and project phases
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
