Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Land Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. This role requires a strong understanding of construction management, project coordination, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Duties Plan, direct, and manage all aspects of Land Development Projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, field teams, and clients to ensure adherence to design specifications and project objectives. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Manage project documentation, including contracts, changing orders, and reports. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress and compliance with safety and quality standards. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes communication and accountability among all stakeholders. Oversee all phases of land development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct construction estimating and prepare detailed cost analyses for project proposals. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and local regulations. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met. Manage on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained. Facilitate regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues. Implement time management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous construction site experience is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Qualification Minimum of 4 year degree in construction management or engineering in Land Development, sitework, or civil construction project management. Strong knowledge of grading, utilities, permitting, and land development processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to create a detailed master schedule in MS Project Proficiency in project management and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Very proficient in Excel. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
