Position Overview:

We are searching for a skilled and motivated Field Project Manager with vast experience. We are looking for a project manager to take charge of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, possess a strong background in roofing and construction project management, and have a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Oversee the efficient execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment. Clearly communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Client Collaboration:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and promptly addressing any concerns or issues. Uphold high levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional work and maintaining strong client relationships.

Financial Management:

Monitor project budgets and expenditures, identifying and resolving potential overruns. Optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and achieve project objectives.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact project success. Implement effective risk management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

General Construction experience Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools.
