JMC Concrete Cutting & Demolition seeks a Demo Superintendent to lead concrete cutting, coring, sawing, breaking, and selective demolition projects. You will plan daily operations, supervise crews, and coordinate equipment and logistics across commercial, industrial, and residential job sites. The role requires strong safety leadership, the ability to read plans, and precise execution in active environments. You'll enforce OSHA standards, maintain detailed job reports, and communicate with clients and project managers while driving quality, productivity, and on-time project completion. Responsibilities Oversee daily demolition operations on commercial, industrial, and residential projects Plan, sequence, and coordinate concrete cutting, coring, sawing, breaking, and selective demo activities Lead and supervise field crews, assigning tasks and monitoring productivity and workmanship Enforce all safety policies, conduct jobsite safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance Read and interpret plans, specs, and layout marks to execute precise demolition scopes Coordinate equipment, trucks, and materials to ensure jobs start and finish on schedule Communicate with project managers, clients, and other trades about progress and site conditions Inspect work areas and structures to identify hazards and determine appropriate demolition methods Document daily reports, labor and equipment hours, and jobsite incidents or changes Train and mentor crew members on proper tool use, techniques, and safety procedures Required Skills Demolition project supervision Concrete cutting and coring Selective demolition methods Construction safety and OSHA compliance Crew leadership and scheduling Reading construction plans and specs Jobsite logistics and equipment coordination Daily reporting and documentation Hazard identification and mitigation Communication with clients and project teams
