A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Requirements :
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or project support role. High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced office setting.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience working within a construction, engineering, or architectural environment. Familiarity with RedTeam Construction Management software.
Job Responsibilities:
Organize comprehensive project records and job folders using RedTeam Construction Management software to maintain operational transparency. Facilitate the permitting process by coordinating with government agencies and contractors to secure necessary licenses and approvals. Track and distribute vital documents, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders, to ensure subcontractors have the most current information. Manage the accurate filing of Notices of Commencement and other mandatory project documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Maintain blueprint version control by uploading and managing revisions to prevent costly field errors. Coordinate complex logistics, including travel arrangements and material deliveries, to support field Superintendents and site staff. Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors to resolve contract revisions and administrative inquiries.
