Job Summary We are seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Oldsmar, FL. This office-based role supports active residential and commercial construction projects by keeping schedules, documentation, permits, inspections, invoicing, and homeowner communication organized and moving forward. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of assigned construction projects.
- Schedule subcontractors, crews, inspections, homeowner access, and key project milestones.
- Support permitting activity, inspection requests, cost estimates, invoicing, and warranty claim tracking.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, builder files, and systems of record for program and field use.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, superintendents, program managers, and internal teams regarding scheduling, status updates, and project needs.
- Ensure documentation is maintained to required program standards, including federal program requirements when applicable. Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

- Reports to: Project Manager. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate active construction, restoration, or grant-funded projects from the office side.
- Manage project schedules, documentation, permit tracking, inspection requests, and homeowner communication.
- Support project cost estimates, invoicing, warranty claims, and builder file preparation.
- Keep project systems of record current and organized for project managers, program managers, and field teams.
- 2 or more years of experience coordinating construction, restoration, or grant-funded projects.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to manage project documents accurately.
- Experience supporting scheduling, permits, inspections, invoicing, and project documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working directly with homeowners.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to keep multiple project tasks organized.
- Ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, homeowners, and internal teams.
- Job stability and a consistent work history are preferred. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, RedTeam, or similar platforms.
- Local to the Oldsmar, FL region or surrounding area.
- Experience maintaining documentation to federal program standards.
- Background supporting residential, commercial, restoration, or grant-funded construction projects.
