Construction Project Coordinator / Billing & Permitting Specialist We're seeking an experienced, organized professional to support our electrical contracting team and help keep projects moving efficiently from contract through closeout.

Responsibilities include:

Prepare AIA progress billings, maintain schedules of values, and track payments. Coordinate permit applications, inspections, and project documentation. Manage change orders, purchase orders, subcontracts, and lien releases. Track submittals, RFIs, and closeout requirements. Work closely with project managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel.

Qualifications:

Prior construction administration or project coordination experience; electrical contracting experience preferred. Working knowledge of AIA billing, Florida permitting, and construction lien documentation. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with construction accounting or project management software. Ability to manage multiple projects, follow through independently, and communicate clearly.
