Shift Manager (Operations) Reports to (Position Title):

East Point, GA Position Summary The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations at the site during their assigned shift. This role includes providing hands-on leadership, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining safety standards, managing shift planning, and delivering exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Supervise the daily work activities of team members within the assigned area to ensure adherence to job-siteobjectivesand performance expectations. Train, coach, and develop team members using established training calendars, curriculums, and coaching practices to ensurestrong performanceand engagement. Provide feedback on performance appraisals and disciplinarydecisions andmake recommendations for promotions within the team. Oversee and inspect cleaning operations to ensure all areas meet quality standards, client expectations, and contractual obligations. Use industry tools and company standards to conduct routine inspections and audits. Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership; participate in weekly meetings and daily client briefings. Leverage CSM tools and technology systems to review, monitor, and audit performance metrics. Lead andmonitorsafety training to ensure staff compliance with OSHA, CDC, and company protocols, minimizing workplace hazards and promoting a safe environment. Ensure lawful timekeeping practices are followed; reconcile time sheets daily across all timekeeping systems. Communicate daily job-site goals and expectations usingappropriate systemsand tools. Support continuous improvement by addressing issues andidentifyingopportunities for process enhancements. Performadditionalduties asassigned by management.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma, or equivalentpreferred Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
Experience:
Twoto fouryears ofleadershipexperience
Skills:
Ability to multi-taskandeffectively prioritize workload. Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner. Strong organizational, analytical,criticalthinkingand problem-solving abilities. The abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
