The company partners with clients to deliver comprehensive solutions from planning through completion. Its portfolio includes hotels, and small to large scale residential and commercial properties. Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Honolulu, HI, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across multiple construction and development projects. This role includes coordinating project schedules, resources, and workflows, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Operations Manager will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitoring progress and resolving operational issues as they arise. They will implement and refine operational processes, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves reporting on performance metrics, supporting strategic planning, and contributing to a collaborative, safety-focused work culture. Qualifications Experience in operations management within construction, real estate development, hospitality projects, or a related industry. Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Proficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling tools, collaboration platforms). Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Proven ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and use insights to improve operational performance. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team guidance, problem-solving, and decision-making under time constraints. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. (preferred, but not required) Ability to work on-site in Honolulu, HI, and regularly visit project locations as needed. Experience with large-scale hotel, resort, or residential developments is an advantage.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
