Construction Site Supervisor Requirements:

3 years site supervisor experience in construction or agriculture required Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management or related field required Willingness/ability to travel overnight required High-level blueprint/plan reading experience preferred Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines preferred OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Rewards for

Construction Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Acts as the company representative on the jobsite Manages the full construction process & scheduling, crew assignments, cost/budget monitoring, material tracking, and quality/safety inspections Directs subcontractors and company crews (concrete, installation, electrical) Completes daily logs and reports Manages customer relationships and same-day follow-ups Travels IA + surrounding states (IL, IN, WI, NE, MO, possibly OK), with a blend of home-based and road-warrior schedules depending on the project Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
