QualificationsProven experience as a Field Superintendent or Construction Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects; strong construction background required.3+ years of field supervision experiencePreferred experience or familiarity with project types such as Retail, Industrial, Commercial, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Data Center, Electrical, Ground-Up, Hospitality, Mission Critical, Educational, Multi-family/Residential, Hotel, Hospital.
Deep understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, project sequencing, and construction safety standards (OSHA certifications preferred).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with proven problem-solving ability in the field.
Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar is a plus.

$90K-$110K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
