This role involves significant interaction with clients and requires a strategic, highly organized, and dedicated professional armed with a profound understanding of construction project management and real estate dynamics. Responsibilities Oversee comprehensive construction projects from conception through completion, aligning with the client's strategic objectives and timelines. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Ensure the project stays within the allocated budget and time frame through meticulous project tracking and management. Communicate consistently with clients to provide updates and manage expectations effectively. Manage multiple project teams to ensure peak productivity and performance. Handle risk management and safety assurance on all aspects of the project. Conduct contract negotiations, and manage procurement and project resources. Required Skills Expert knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods. Understanding of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
