What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you will: Support the Site Manager with daily car wash operations. Lead by example and keep the team motivated and engaged. Coach and develop team members to improve performance. Drive sales and membership goals. Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve concerns quickly. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and site performance. Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture. Step in wherever needed to keep the site running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience required . Strong communication and people skills. A positive, energetic attitude. Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Able to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure. Ability to pass a background check.
