Description:

Aerotek is supporting largescale construction projects across the United States and is seeking experienced Superintendents (Construction Managers) for longterm, contracttohire opportunities. This role is responsible for delivering a highquality installation experience, driving production, and ensuring all work meets safety and performance expectations. The Superintendent serves as the onsite technical lead, supporting installation activities, coordinating labor and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. This is afielddriven leadership role ideal for candidates experienced managing large crews and complex construction environments. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite technical support to ensure highquality installation and maximize system performance Translate and interpret civil, structural, and electrical construction drawings to support installation Enforce strict OSHA and site safety standards; ensure no work proceeds without full compliance Lead, document, and report on jobsite safety meetings Support preconstruction planning, including plan review, constructability, manpower planning, and sequencing Perform material takeoffs, requisitions, and review subcontractor scopes of work Maintain communication with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment Partner with Project Management to develop schedules and provide daily reporting on: Project progress Material deliveries Installation challenges Equipment and tool issues Overall site activity Coordinate daily work activities with subcontractors, electricians, temporary labor, and internal personnel Drive quality control standards across all phases of installation Lead and support largescale field operations, including crews of 300+ personnel Provide technical guidance on electrical systems and building components to field teams and subcontractors Train field teams and clients on specialized tools, including Huck tool setup, maintenance, and servicing Required Qualifications 5+ years of construction experience in a leadership role (Superintendent, Foreman, Site Manager, or similar) Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and electrical construction drawings Proven experience working in fastpaced, fieldbased construction environments Demonstrated ability to lead large crews and manage subcontractors on active jobsites Experience operating heavy equipment, including: Forklifts / Reach Forklifts Skid steers / Bobcats Scissor lifts Strong understanding of construction tools, equipment, and jobsite operations Top Skills Construction management, field leadership, commercial construction, site supervision, subcontractor coordination, electrical systems knowledge, blueprint reading, safety compliance, project scheduling, quality control, heavy equipment operation, and largescale crew management.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
