This role works closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, manage daily field operations, review plans and specifications, monitor progress, and resolve jobsite issues. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating trades, conducting site and safety inspections, maintaining project documentation in Procore, managing subcontractor performance, leading weekly meetings, tracking manpower and productivity, enforcing OSHA and company safety standards, and ensuring successful project turnover and occupancy.
