• Ottawa, IL (LaSalle County) Overview Ultimate LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Solar Superintendent for a major utility-scale solar project near Ottawa, Illinois.

This is a prevailing wage project. Candidates must have extensive electrical supervisory experience on large utility-scale solar work. Residential and rooftop panel experience does not qualify. Responsibilities Overall field leadership of the electrical scope on a utility-scale solar project Directing and coordinating multiple electrical foremen and crews Safety program enforcement Project scheduling and look-aheads Quality control inspections Client communication with Faith Technologies project management Daily field reports and as-built documentation RFI management Oversight of DC/AC electrical installation Startup, testing and commissioning support Project closeout support Requirements Extensive electrical superintendent/supervisory experience on major utility-scale solar projects (residential or rooftop panel experience does NOT qualify) 5+ years of electrical construction experience OSHA 30 Certification Background check Drug screen Valid driver's license Blueprint and electrical drawing reading High school diploma/GED Benefits Weekly pay Direct deposit Health insurance Dental and vision coverage 401k Paid time off Referral bonus program Pay increase based on craftsmanship Tool purchase program PPE reimbursement program Paid OSHA training Long term work ID theft protection
