The Industrial Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and providing a safe working environment. This person acts as a liaison between clients and managers when the manager is not present.

Job responsibilities:

Oversee all assigned duties/task per facility scope of work Encourage, redirect, correct, and document employee performance as appropriate Train employees into specialized areas and periodic assignments; document training Participate in all OSHA, Company, Customer and Site-Specific Safety Guidelines and Processes Prepare Confined Space Permits; initiate and confirm Lock-Out-Tag-Out of equipment Track all work and provide documentation as required; prepare timekeeping and End of Shift reports Conduct Quality Assurance audit and ensure corrective measures are implemented for all deficiencies Stock and maintain janitor and industrial closets, supply rooms; facilitate supply orders Maintain a safe work environment and immediately report any safety risks or hazards Monitor building security, facilitate any site-specific safety protocol Conduct hiring interviews as needed Monitor inventory and facilitate repairs to all assigned equipment and required tools. Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance program for all assigned motorized equipment Lead T&M team for Lawn Care and Snow Removal during peak seasons Job requirements: Skills and Abilities Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license and clean MVR Must have reliable transportation Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to attend training related to industry practices and procedures Works well with a diverse team Must be mechanically inclined and possess a strong safety orientation Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Some computer skills are required Some experience with performing administrative tasks is required Management / supervisory experience required Experience working with union environment preferred CDL preferred (or to be obtained within 6 months of hire) Physical Requirements Stand and walk for long periods of time Repeat the same movements Frequent bending and twisting Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Details Full-Time 1st shift supervisor Monday- Friday 5:00Am-2:30pm $20/hr Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), STD, LTD PTO/Holidays Company cell phone provided Must pass pre employment requirements as needed Now offering Daily Pay!
