Serve as the primary liaison between internal engineering, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure seamless information flow and operational execution. Identify and mitigate contractual risks and scheduling deficiencies through proactive negotiation and expert change order management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex project issues by coordinating directly with consulting engineers, inspectors, and government officials. Manage project-specific financial tasks, including providing accurate monthly billing amounts for each project phase and documenting general expenses. Conduct regular site visits and lead pre-construction meetings to verify site conditions, finalize schedules, and maintain a strong professional presence on-site.
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in heavy industrial or steel construction. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field. (Preferred) Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret intricate project plans, specifications, and construction materials/methods.
