The successful candidate will regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, quality, schedule adherence, and address any outstanding issues, ensuring seamless execution of development initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets. Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and resolve any issues that arise. Oversee the development of construction plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. Utilize project management software to track project milestones, resource allocation, and overall progress. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project flow. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards. Manage construction budgets effectively to control costs while maintaining quality standards. Review construction plans in detail to identify potential challenges or improvements before implementation. Lead project leadership efforts by motivating teams and maintaining clear communication channels among all parties involved. Requirements Proven experience in commercial construction with a strong background in construction site management. Demonstrated ability in construction project management including scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software tools. In-depth knowledge of construction plans, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive issue resolution on-site and during planning phases. Ability to visit multiple project sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and external partners. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
