Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview Perform all clerical duties for the Engineering Department including record keeping, maintenance reports, and calling contractors/vendors for service. Responsibilities Confirm receipt of and maintain equipment and mobile equipment inspection and maintenance records Track and confirm completion of training in the QCBD documentation system Filing Act as primary contact for facility maintenance issues and requests Maintain the RFID database for on-site contractors Work with various vendors and/or contractors to ensure services are performed as need Track and maintain environmental compliance records Receiving Maintain, update and distribute blueprints, site drawings, and engineering documents as required Oversee and manage College-age summer help employees Other job responsibilities as required Qualifications Required Strong focus on safety Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Self-Starter Knowledge of Excel and Outlook software Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
